Getting back to the basics and discussing scenarios will help participants understand RESP terminology, deposit amounts, age restrictions, forms requirements and completion, the grant and bond available and withdrawals for the more common situations.  An important session for staff who deal with the RESP members on an occasional basis by providing them with “take home” material that will assist with handling members more efficiently and effectively.
