Scheduled Training

RP Success offers scheduled training sessions in April, May, June, September, October and November in a classroom setting utilizing meeting room facilities at hotels in Winnipeg and Elkhorn Resort.  Employees attending the sessions are away from the busy branch environment which allows them to focus on the course material without the distractions.  These sessions are open to all Manitoba credit unions and caisses which provides attendees with the opportunity to interact with others and share their experiences.

  • 11 Spring sessions with 101 attendees - Basic RRIF, Advanced RRIF, Tax-Free Savings Accounts (half-day), Advanced RESPs, Locked-in Registered Plans
  • 10 Fall sessions with 112 attendees - Basic RRSP, Advanced RRSP, Registered Plans Estate Payouts, Introduction to RESPs, Registered Plans Year-end reporting
  • 80% of attendees rated their session EXCELLENT and 18% rated their session ABOVE AVERAGE
  • 79% of attendees strongly agreed and 19% agreed that the session would assist them in helping members
