"Swan Valley Credit Union (SVCU) has traditionally sent two MSRs to the annual RP Success training sessions.  Lori’s expert knowledge in the areas of registered products combined with her experience in providing training to the Credit Union system provides great value for our training dollars.

In 2010, Lori and I discussed an on-site training visit to Swan River. This enabled SVCU to train our entire front line, increasing our capabilities virtually overnight. Lori also provided the flexibility to tailor the sessions to match SVCU’s individual needs and product offering.

Lori’s expertise enabled us to provide training on three consecutive days on three different topics. Convenient handouts were provided that are great reference tools for MSRs when dealing with members, particularly for financial products that are seasonal in nature. Lori’s industry knowledge, and passion for training, provided a great training environment from a well spoken facilitator.

The use of real life examples are a great teaching tool that helps employees retain even complicated registered plan scenarios. The regularly updated TFSA presentation (www.rpsuccess.ca) has been provided by Lori and SVCU has added a link from our website. This is a great resource for both our members and employees.

The sessions provided great value to SVCU, and we will continue to use her services in the future. I would recommend any Credit Union to take the time to consider RP Success for their training needs."

    Basic RRSPs

    • Great session. Awesome learning enviroment - looking forward to another session.
