Training Overview

Scheduled Training

RP Success offers scheduled training sessions in April, May, June, September, October and November in a classroom setting utilizing meeting room facilities at hotels in Winnipeg, Brandon and Elkhorn Resort.  Employees attending the sessions are away from the busy branch environment which allows them to focus on the course material without the distractions.  These sessions are open to all Manitoba credit unions and caisses which provides attendees with the opportunity to interact with others and share their experiences.

In-house Training

RP Success can bring the classroom to your credit union and customize the session(s) to address the areas your team wants at the level of expertise needed.  In-house training allows your staff to learn in a comfortable and familiar environment with everyone discussing the same material together.

Webinar Training

RP Success can bring the classroom to each of your credit union’s branches through the use of the internet and teleconferencing while customizing session content to provide the registered plans information of most interest to your staff.  Upon request, information related to your credit union’s procedures, policies and forms can be added so that staff come away with a working knowledge.
